Jenn Sherman is Peloton's very first cycling instructor- a true OG, and a New Jersey native. She fell in love with indoor cycling more than a decade ago and takes her inspiration from getting to make a difference in so many people's lives. She primarily teaches spinning classes and almost all of her classes are themed. During a casual conversation with host, Lindsay Pinchuk, Jenn shared her struggles and imposter syndrome around using Instagram to build her personal brand. Lindsay broke down an easy to follow process, step-by-step, and Jenn implemented it. In this episode, Jenn shares the results and what's happened since Lindsay challenged her on Dear FoundHer... earlier this year. She's grown her already large following by 3% and through Lindsay's simple steps has increased her reach and engagement rates by over 125% each. Jenn and Lindsay discuss the challenges that were issued during the previous podcast appearance and follow up on where Jenn has made progress and where she might still have more to do.
"I've now realized not everything you post is going to be like you knocked it out of the park, but it doesn't matter," shares Jenn Sherman, Peloton's OG fitness instructor. When Jenn was last on Dear FoundHer, Lindsay issued several Instagram challenges to help her grow her following and boost engagement. After applying Lindsay's tips and conquering her imposter syndrome, Jenn has seen improvements in every metric for her Instagram account. Although she still struggles a bit with consistency, she is now building content creation time into her work schedule each week.

"I just want you to start thinking a little bit more about, how can I take this piece of content that I'm doing, especially if it's evergreen, which means there's no timestamp on it, how can I really squeeze all the juice out of it?" (32:32-32:47 | Lindsay)
"Your relationship with Instagram or any social media platform is going to ebb and flow. There is going to be a struggle sometimes with consistency with what you put out into the world.
